1. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide: name, email, phone, nationality, medical history relevant to your inquiry. We do not collect data beyond what is needed to match you with providers and support your treatment journey.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: match you with appropriate clinics, facilitate communication with providers, process payments, and provide post-procedure follow-up. Medical information is shared with clinics only after you explicitly accept a provider's proposal.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored on encrypted servers located in China (Alibaba Cloud RDS). Backups are performed daily. We retain your data for the duration of your patient relationship plus 7 years for medical record-keeping compliance, after which it is anonymized or deleted upon request.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and export your data in a portable format. Contact privacy@tripncure.com to exercise these rights.
