Refund Policy

Deposit Refunds

Your 30% deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled procedure date. Cancellations between 14-30 days: 50% refund of deposit. Cancellations within 14 days: deposit is non-refundable (clinics have already allocated resources for your booking).

Service Not Delivered

If a clinic fails to deliver the agreed-upon service, your deposit and any balance paid are fully refundable. This is protected by our escrow system — clinics do not receive full payment until you confirm service completion.

Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with your clinical outcome, TripNCure mediates between you and the provider. While we cannot guarantee specific medical outcomes (medicine is never 100% predictable), we will work to reach a fair resolution including partial refund if clinically appropriate.
